About Us
The company was established in 1929. It started through an interest in motor vehicles by Mr Mark Luck SNR. Mark Luck SNR bought a 4 wheeled Dennis tipper which had a hand wound tipping mechanism. He did this by borrowing the money from his father to purchase it.
Starting from a yard in Mottingham, his son, Mr Ken Luck, also started to have an interest in the company. The company became a limited company in 1977 with only 5 lorries.
We then moved to a new yard at Rochester Way, Crayford - slowly increasing the fleet from there. In 1995 Mr Mark Luck SNR passed away at a grand age of 86. At that point Mr Ken Luck became the director, making his friend and colleague Mr Chris Archbutt a business partner in the company.
The company went from strength to strength and in 2001 we moved from Rochester Way, Crayford with 20 lorries and 4 grab lorries to our newly purchased yard in Wested Lane, Swanley and have been there ever since.
The company now consists of 35 tipper and 4 grab lorries, plus various different plant -but we haven't finished there because we are always looking to broaden our company.
Throughout the years we have been operating as a haulage contractor. We are proud of the fact that our lorries are the best equipped and maintained out there.
