Services - Articulated Haulage
Mark Luck LTD currently operates a fleet of modern articulated tipping vehicles. We are specialists in the transportation of any material that can be carried in bulk; and have a range of different units and trailers for every application. All our units have sleeper cabs so can travel anywhere in the UK.
Tractor Configurations Include:
6x4 Double Drive tractor units with twin wheels (44 tonnes).
In poor site conditions the Double Drive axles (with twin wheels) give unequalled levels of traction and stability. Although there is a slight sacrifice in payload due to the extra weight, these tractors will go where others fear to tread! This allows Mark Luck LTD to virtually guarantee they will deliver, even in the most difficult conditions.
6x2 Mid-lift tractor units (44 tonnes)
The industry standard, this configuration maximises payload at 44 tonnes and offers reduced tyre wear. The rear-most axle is driven on twin wheels, and suitable for all but the harshest site conditions.
Trailer Applications
30 yard Alloy tipping trailers
This type of trailer is used to carry quarried aggregates such as sand, shingle, E.T.C. and have weigh loaders and automatic tail gates. These trailers can carry up to 30 metric tonne.
Flatbed trailers
We mainly use this type of trailer application to carry our own bulk bags to various part around the country, If there is a customer who would like to use our flatbed application to carry other goods this can be made available.
110 yard Ejector Trailer
This type of trailer is used to carry light waste material or light materials. We use this type of trailer for rubbish, green waste e.t.c. The carrying capacity of this trailer is about 23 metric tonnes.
Low-Loader Trailer
This type of trailer is used to carry Earth moving equipment. This means we can pick up equipment and deliver anywhere in the country.
