Once you provide us with a description of the materials, along with a soil report, we will classify them and treat them according to the appropriate waste disposal procedure. Based on your specific needs, we will determine the correct vehicle for safe and efficient waste away and waste management.

The standard duration for a free-of-charge site clearance is 30 minutes with a muck away lorry and 15 minutes with a tipper truck. However, this time can be extended upon request and will be chargeable.

• Once the soil report is received at our sales office via email, fax, or post, it undergoes an in-house survey. The report is then sent to various waste disposal points for approval or rejection.

• We carefully assess the most suitable disposal point based on factors such as price, location, and the facility's ability to accept the waste removal when our clients need it.

• Our pricing, which includes transport, disposal costs, and Landfill Tax (if applicable), is confirmed to the enquirer to ensure full transparency.

• Once the order is live, we will provide details of the approved waste disposal facility.

• Upon removal, we supply copies of all transfer notes and tip tickets to ensure full compliance with environmental and waste management regulations.
